The phospho-arsenide of gallium or arsenide-phosphide of gallium ( GaAsP ) is a chemical compound of Arsenic, Gallium and Phosphore.

It is a material Semi-conducteur used in particular to carry out components Opto-électronique S, electroluminescent diodes in the visible Lumière, and of the Photodétecteur S for example.
