Born in 1934 with Kichinev (Moldavie).
Milshtein was born in the Moldavian city from Kichinev in 1934. Still Rumanian, the city passes under Soviet control in 1945.
1943/1944: First studies of painting to the Palate of the Pioneers, Tiflis (Georgia).
1946: Studies in Bucharest with the Stefanesco painter.
Milshtein leaves in 1947 to Israel with his/her brother and his mother.
1947: With Cyprus, Studies of the sculpture with Ben-Tsvi.
1948: In Israel, studies with the Raitler painters, Avni, Ardon, Mokady.
1948/1956: Stay in Israel.
In 1956: it receives a grant of Norman Foundation which enables him to go to Paris.
Since, it resides at Paris.
