Zoorasia (ズ - ラシア) is most important Zoological gardens of Yokohama to the Japan. Its official name is Yokohama Zoological Gardens (横浜動物園, Yokahama dôbutsuen ). Opened in April 1999, the park extends already on 34,1 Hectare S (2004) and will reach 53,3 hectares after the end of work of enlarging. It gathers nearly 68 species, for a total of 400 animals. The park is divided into seven districts:

• Asian Tropical forest:
• Elephant S, orangs-outans, Gibbon S, Tapir S, tiger S, leopard S, Macaque S, Lion S, etc

• subarctic Forest:
• red Pandas, tiger S, Polar bear S, etc

• Oceania:
• Kangaroo S, etc
• Central Asia:
• Macaques Tibetans, etc
• Countryside Japan ease:
• Japanese black Bear, Japanese macaques, etc
• Jungle Amazonia:
• tropical Africa:
• Okapi S (animal emblem of the park), etc;

The park also includes/understands many green areas, a lake, zones of rest and picnic, like several zones of plays for the children.
