Trivia

At its exit, the album has surprised much artists by his avant-gardism. Never an album before had made use of as many samples and it is especially the originality of the use of the ethnic voices as percussions which astonished. His/her father was the first to be admiring of his work and contacted his son also early to congratulate it. The producer/mixor François Kervorkian will contact JM Jarre thereafter to carry out a remix Zoolookologie title. Zoolook will be republished in 1985 with two worked over again titles, a Maximum 45T will also leave with the Zoolookologie title remixé by François Kervorkian and Ron German St.

Two titles come from the work completed on the Musique album For Supermarket which was used as patchwork for Zoolook. They are slightly different, on Diva the low guitar was rejouée while on Blah Blah Café the sax parts are omnipresent.

Jean Michel Jarre will receive many rewards of which the Victoire of the Music for the best album of instrumental music, as well as the Grand Prix of the Disc of the Academy Charles Cros. He was also elected better instrumental album of the year in France.
