Zone of Nairobi
The zone of Nairobi is a a little particular Province Kenya, since it is limited to the zone around the Capitale country.
It counted 828.000 inhabitants in 1979, and sheltered at the time of the census of 1999 2.143.254 residents. Its surface is of 684 km ².
Administrative structure
Contrary to the others Provinces of Kenya, which are divided into districts, then in divisions, localities and finally under-localities, this province is directly made of eight divisions:- Central

- Embakasi
- Kasarani
- Kibera
- Makadara
- Pumwani
- Westlands
