Zmalas
The ethnicity Zmalas includes two tribes:

the Zmalas known as Hamianes which live in the areas of El-Melah, El Amria, Douar Jadis, Hassi El Ghella and Ouled Chentouf.
- the second tribe fixed in the area of Hammam Bouhadjar, Douar Tamezougha, Sebbah Wadi, Douar Djaafra, Douar Tenzet, Douar Mefathia and Douar Chaiba, Of the Berber time (Mérinides) and during the French occupation , this tribe was divided into two groups: Tenazet in the east and the Meftah in the west.
