Zhou Yongkang
Zhou Yongkang (周永康) (Xu Yongyue) is the minister Chinese of the Sécurité of the State since 1998. He is member of the Council of State. He was born the December 12th 1942 in the city from Wuxi in the province from Jiangsu. He was mayor of the town of Panjin of 1983 has 1985.
