Zell is a city of the district (Landkreis) of Cochem-Zell of the Land of the Rhineland-Palatinat, in Germany. It is the seat of the community of the communes of Zell which account 24 communes and 18.500 inhabitants.

Geography

The city is located in the Vallée of the Moselle and it is surrounded of butt planted vines. It is an important wine center of the soil the Moselle-Saar-Ruwer.
