Zbigniew Ziobro (born the August 18th 1970 with Cracow in Poland), is a Politician Polish. Member of the Party Right and justice. He is the Minister for the Justice of the October 31st 2005 with the November 16th 2007.

After having finished the University jagellonne of Cracow in 1994, he is public prosecutor.

In 1997, it is responsible for the legal department of Electoral alliance Solidarité.

Between 1998 and 2000, it is to advise of Marek Biernacki, then Minister of Interior Department.

In 2001, it takes part in the foundation of the party Droit and justice, and is elected appointed of Cracow. He is member of the parliamentary commission charged to inquire into the Affaire Rywina, a corruption scandal. He files in also bills in order to modernize the criminal Law.

October 27th, 2002, it fails the second turn of the local elections for the town hall of Cracow, but it is re-elected appointed in 2005.

Chief of Countryside of Lech Kaczyński, it is named with the ministry for Justice on October 31st, 2005.

In 2006, he is elected " personality of the année" by the magazine Wprost.
