The zagamore (or sagamore ) belonged to large the Play X of outside. The players divide themselves into two teams (in general ten by teams), the goal being to discover and of " tuer" the unfavourable chief (the chiefs are usually adults framing the play, although it is not necessary).

For that, each player incarnates a particular category of character (there are five categories of character in addition to the chief: any series can make the deal, for example: knight, magus, healer, archer… although traditionally the last category is Zagamore). Each category of character can “kill” some others and is made “kill” by the others. Only the last category (the zagamore, therefore) is made “kill” by all the others EXCEPT by the chief. Only the zagamore can thus “kill” the unfavourable chief and it should particularly be protected.

This play is organized over one afternoon whole, even a day.
