Ix Sak K' uk' (sometimes known as a Zac Kuk ) was the queen of the Maya city-State of B' aakal , now known under the name of Palenque, which is now in the east of the Mexico.

His/her father was Pacal Ier. Whereas Pacal Ier did not seem to have male heirs, it reached the throne the October 22nd 612, a few months after the death of her father. After his maturity, his/her son Pacal II, better known as a Pacal Large the, succeeded the July 29th to him 615. It seems to have continued to exert a considerable influence since Palenque during the first decade of the reign of her son. Sak K' uk' mourrut the September 12th 640.
