The Pistolet-mitrailleur Star Z-45 is a slightly modified copy of MP40. It regulatory in Spain and was exported in Africa, Asia and Latin America

Exit of a German order, this PM takes as a starting point the MP 40 from which it differ only by

• a mounting (pistol grip and was) of wood
