Yvonne Jean-Haffen (Paris, 1895 - Dinan, November 1993)
Yvonne Jean-Haffen is a general-purpose artist: painter, dessinatrice, engraver, ceramist. In 1925, it meets Mathurin Méheut of which it becomes the pupil and the friend. As of the following year, it goes in Brittany where it settles definitively, in 1939, in " large Vigne" , the name of the residence located at Dinan at the edge of the Rancid bought two years front, and of which it will draw even furniture. Mathurin Meheut liked to come to rest and to work, it had its room besides. Student and working with Mathurin Méheut, it endeavors to restore the heart of the Brittany. With died of Mathurin Méheut, it fights to save the house of the Master with Lamballe and to transform it into a museum of which it ensures the direction until in 1993. It is decorated with the Ordre of Hermine in 1992.
