Yvon Robert (politician)

Yvon Robert , born the November 10th 1949 with Fort-de-France (Martinique), is a politician French, Maire (PS) of Rouen from June 24th, 1995 to March 18th, 2001. Former student of the National school of Administration, he is today First Vice-president of the Department of Seine-Maritime, charged with solidarity, General inspector of State education and Professor associated with IPAG with Rouen.
