Yvon Bourges
Yvon Bourges , Politician French, was born the June 29th 1921 with Pau (auj. Yrénées-Atlantiques).
Graduate of the Faculty of Law of Rennes, it is titular of one training certificate to the occupation of lawyer. General governor of a.E.F starting from 1958, it then writes many articles, in particular " The Councils of a Colonist in his Successeurs" , in the newspaper " Roue" , independent body appearing in Mali in the years 1950-1960 (see the site on the abolition of slavery in Martinique and Guadeloupe).
