Yves Nadeau is a guitarist Québécois.

Yves is graduate in musical interpretation of the Université of Montreal since 1991. He continues a career of professional musician at present twinned with the teaching of the music to the Cégep Marie-Victorin. Since 1986, it works in the medium of the professional music as a musician of studio and scene like arranger, type-setter, realizer and a leader. He collaborated in various projects with musicians such as Larry Coryell, Alain Charon, Michel Donato, James Gelfand, Paul Brochu, Jean-Pierre Zanella, André Leroux, Frederic Alarie, Muhammad Abdul Al-Khabyyr and François Cousineau.

He also counts with his credit several appearances with the various Canadian jazz festivals: Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Montreal, Rimouski, Quebec… as a director of his own training or a musician guide for artists such as Oliver Jones, Carol Welsman, Paolo Ramos, Remi Bolduc… On the scene of the popular music, it accompanied by the artists such as Patricia Kaas, Natasha St-Pier, Michel Rivard, Nanette Workman, Laurence Jalbert, Isabelle Boulay and Bruno Pelletier. It took part in many recordings (radio, television, and albums) and it also traversed several countries within the framework of international rounds (France, Netherlands, Egypt, Israel, Senegal, Kenya, Haiti, the United States…).

Two years ago, Yves set up the project Expression which gathers today eight musicians under his direction. Stock-broker of the National council of Arts of Canada, it recorded with Expression its first album entitled Tableaux , available since June 2003.

Yves occurs at present in the spectacle `the Spree `of the Cirque of the Sun in Orlando in Florida since December 2004 and he works with the legendary guitarist of Jazz Larry Coryell with a concerto for two guitars and orchestra composed by this last.
