Yves Guéna (born the July 6th 1922 with Brest) is a French politician and former member of the French Constitutional council between 1997 and 2004, while there being named by the President of the Senate. He was president of this institution between 1999 and 2004.

Second world war

At the end of the month of June 1940 it embarks in direction of the England and engages in the rows of the Free France. Lieutenant with the 4th Squadron of 1st RMSM, it unloads with 2nd dB but it is seriously wounded in Normandy.
