Yves Caumon was born the May 27th 1964 with Bussac-Forest. He is realizer of cinema. He was assistant of Agnès Varda and Jean-Paul Civeyrac.
He is the author of several courts and medium-length films, among which one can quote: the Beauty of the World and girls of my country (Price Jean-Vigo in 2000).
It carried out two feature-length films.
Amour of childhood received the price a certain glance at the time of the Cannes festival 2001.
Hide-and-seek with Lucia Sanchez, was selected for the Cannes festival 2005 within the framework of the About fifteen the realizers.
Yves Caumon lives and works with Gaillac in the Tarn. He belongs to the rising generation of the cinema of contemporary author (Jean-Paul Civeyrac, Philippe Ramos, Alain Raoust, Alain Guiraudie).
