Yves Bonnet , born on November 20th 1935 with Chartres (Eure-et-Loir).

Sub-prefect of Cherbourg (1977-1978), then prefect, it is named by François Mitterrand directing of the Direction of the monitoring of the territory (DST) between 1982 and 1985.

He is established then politically with Cherbourg under the label of the UDF, becoming appointed Manche between 1993 and 1997, like general adviser and city council man of opposition.

Yves Bonnet is the president-founder of the international study and research Center on terrorism and the assistance with the victims of terrorism (CIRET-AVT).

He is also consulting for several French and foreign media on the questions of security international and of terrorism and intervenes as an expert near Intelink division of the group DIGITAL network.

He is also the author of several works which go from the document of investigation to the spy novel. Recently, it published " Signal Secret" with the Timée Editions (in 2006) and the thriller " Tube" with the Editions Of the Ideas & Men (in April 2007).
