Yves-Michel Marti

Yves-Michel MARTI is a pioneer of the economic Intelligence.

Engineer Sup' Telecom, Master off Business Administration Insead. Mr. Marti was engineer originator of radars at Dassault Electronics, then at Pacific Monolithics and Hewlett-Packard in the Silicon Valley where its work was preceded by the the National Science Foundation. He was then salesman, marketing director then directing of subsidiary company of the group Lucas Industries in Great Britain. He taught with the the University of California to Berkeley.

In 1992, it takes part in the creation of the French branch of SCIP (Society off Competitive Professionnals Intelligence, www.scip.org), with Bruno Martinet (French Cements), Jean-Pierre Bernat (Elf) and Robert Guillaumot (Inforama).

In 1994, it founds Egideria, cabinet specialized in intelligence economic, which provides to the managers of undertaking sensitive informations on their technological environment, commercial and competing.

In 1996, Yves-Michel Marti publishes with Bruno Martinet the work the economic and competing Intelligence: the eyes and the ears of the company which receives the price of the better European work of management by the newspaper Financial Times , and is selected among three the better world ones. According to Business Digest, this book is regarded from now on as one of traditional management.

In July 2005, its company belongs to about fifteen companies sub-contracting the chemist Rhodia (of which the American law firm Shearman & Sterling) searched simultaneously by the Financial brigade within the framework of the Affaire Rhodia. No legal continuation at this stage.

Egideria is classified among the first French people receiving benefits of economic intelligence by the newsletter Intelligence Online in 2006, then by the daily newspaper Le Figaro in 2007.
