Yvan Blot

Yvan Blot is a senior official and a French politician born the June 29th 1948 with Saint-Mandé.

Biography

Former student of the National school of administration (promotion François Rabelais, 1973), former member of the Gathering for the Republic and of the GREECE, he is a cofounder of the Club of the Clock, with, in particular, Jean-Yves Gallou and Henry de Lesquen. He is at that time, operations manager at the Management of the Local government agencies to the ministry for the interior.

Of 1978 with 1984, he is principal private secretary of the various general secretaries of RPR (Alain Devaquet p (uis Bernard Pons). He was in addition operations manager with the cabinet of the president of the senate, Alain Poher. He is during several years part-time lecturer to Science-Po Paris.

In 1979, his/her friend Bruno Mégret requires of him to sponsor its adhesion in RPR, which Yvan Blot accepts.

In March 1985, it is elected general adviser of the Pas-de-Calais. The following year, it becomes appointed of this same department. It vainly tries to be established with Hyères, but becomes also Regional adviser of Alsace, as of 1992 and will be re-elected in 1997. It directs then the FN 67 with Stephan Bourhis. In December 1998, it chooses to support Bruno Mégret in the scission of the FN, but joined the party directed by Jean-Marie Le Pen as of spring 1999.

In 2000, it withdraws political life to be devoted only to its career of senior official.

In 2005, it adheres to UMP and supports Nicolas Sarkozy with the presidential elections of 2007.

Science doctor economic (with a thesis on " the economic thinking and political of Herbert Spencer") and part-time lecturer at the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis, it chairs the INSO (institute neo-socratic). In (2007), it is received knight of the military and hospital Order of Saint-Lazare
