Biography

He is the son of the doctor César (Leon) Chabrun and of Marie-madeleine Chaudet. He marries in Paris Marthe Audibert, the May 31st 1911.

Lawyer and Politician.

Doctor in right, bachelor of arts, first secretary with the conference of the lawyer S with the Council of State and the Court of appeal, he is professor with free faculties of Lille and Paris.
