Yulduz Usmanova

Yulduz Usmanova (born on December 12th 1963 with Namangan) is one of the singers more popualires of Ouzbékistan. She sings in Uzbek, Turkish and Persan.

Biography

His/her parents worked in the industry of silk. Discovered at the time of a spectacle, it is allowed with the Academy of state of Ouzbékistan with Tashkent where it works its voice. Since the opening of the country in 1991, and since the festival " Voice off Asia" same year, it is one of the principal artists of pop music of this country, mixing traditional music Maqam and Pop music.

It gives many concerts and recorded several albums. Its bonds with the government were criticized: it composed the national anthem and fact part of the Parliament.
