Yukhari Askipara ( Yuxari Əskipara in Azeri, literally “Haut-Askipara”) is a village of Azerbaïdjan.

Administratively located in the ray of Qazakh, in the North-West of the country, Yukhari Askipara is entirely wedged inside the Arménie and is distant remainder of Azerbaïdjan of less than 1 km ().

Yukhari Askipara, like the other Azeri enclaves of Barkhudarli and Karki, is controlled by Arménie since 1989.
