Youssouf Fofana (born the July 26th 1966 with Divo) is old a Football international or of the Ivory Coast which evolved/moved at the station of left winger.

Biography

Regarded as one of best the players of the Ivory Coast of all times, he played Monaco, Bordeaux and Cannes.

Called black diamond , he was the large craftsman of the first qualification of the ACE Monaco in 8th of finale of the Cut of Europe of the Clubs Champions, at the time of season 1987/88, in particular by registering 3 of the 6 goals of its team at the time of the return match against FC Bruges after the defeat to the outward journey 0-1. It gained the championship in 1988 and in 1991 cuts it, and arrived until the final of the Coupe of the Cuts in 1992, finale lost vis-a-vis the Werder of Bremen. In December 1986 it takes part in the great Jubilee Saar Boubacar has Dakar.

Fofana is today sport director of ASEC Mimosas.
