Youssef Salamé
Youssef Salamé (born in Faraya in 1954) is a Lebanese politician.
Graduate in economy of the University Saint-Joseph, university lecturer between 1978 and 1993, it integrates the Council of the Development and the Rebuilding in 1983, as economic council.
Near to President Emile Lahoud, it occupies the post of minister of State without wallet, within the government of Omar Karamé between 2004 and 2005.
In January 2007, near personalities such as Pierre Daccache, Fouad Turk, Abdallah Hanna and Alain Tabourian, it founds the Moultaqa , an independent political gathering, preaching the dialog and the tolerance.
