Young Vivian
Mititaigimimene Young Vivian (born in 1935), is the Prime Minister of Niué since May 2002. He is also Minister for Finance since the May 12th 2005.
He occupied this function of the December 12th 1992 with the March 9th 1993 following the death of Robert Rex.
