York Avenue
York avenue is an avenue of Manhattan, with New York which starts in the north of the 60e street and which skirts the East River.
York Avenue is the principal avenue of the district of Yorkville to which it gave its name. It is an avenue of residential buildings of the middle-classes and easy, deprived of particular marketing activities.

Annecdote
- on October 11th, 2006 a small private aircraft, controlled by Cory Lidle a player of Baseball of the New York Yankees, was crushed accidentally in a building (Belaire apartments) of York Avenue, causing the death of the pilot and his instructor as well as the fire of many apartments.
