Yevgeny Tolstikov
Yevgeny Ivanovich Tolstikov (Russian: ЕвгенийИвановичТолстиков ) (1913 - 1987) was a Soviet explorer, decorated like Héros with the Soviet Union. He carried out the third Soviet polar forwarding in the Antarctic.
