Yerba Buena (group)
Yerba Buena is a group of music whose paternity is disputed between the author-type-setter-producer Venezuelan Andres Lavin and the cuban musician Decemer Bueno, who left the group little time afterwards.
Their music is a fusion of kinds which have their roots in the African Musique: Afrobeat (), Latin musics (Rumba (Cuba), Cumbia (Colombia), Soca () and musics Afro-Americans (Boogaloo, Hip-hop, Drunk (time Motown)) …
The group took part in nombreaux festivals such as that of Central Park, the Hollywood Bowl, the Newport Jazz Festival, the Nuits of Africa of Montreal and Tempo Latino in France.
