Cooling of the climate of 1710 with 1740. Stability of cereal harvests in Europe.
- Growth of 40% of the population of the Auvergne and of 45% of that of the Languedoc between 1710 and 1720. The French population remains stable.
- Taken again agricultural production in Germany, in particular in the West (1710 - 1730). In the east of the Elba, the great fields with drudgery (new serfdom) reach their apogee.

Andre Commard de Puylorson, canon of collegial of Guérande, born has Noirmoutier the October 23rd 1710. Doctor of Divinity of the Faculty of Nantes, the July 13rd 1737. The canon owes especially his notoriety has his title of " first historien" of Noirmoutier. He dies has Guérande in 1769.
