  • the Greek of Phocée found Massalia (Marseilles), of the counters with Ampurias (v. -590/-580), with the course Dénia and meadows of Malaga in Spain, with Aléria (v. -565) in Corsica.

  • Héraclide de Pont known as Solon becomes Archonte with Athens (594 - 593 front J. - C.) and beginning of the reforms in direction of the democracy. It was one of the wise Seven of Greece. When they wanted to introduce the written laws, the Romans sent to a delegation senators to study the laws of Solon to Athens.

  • the Babylonian empire , under the reign of Nabuchodonosor II (605 - 562), conquers the Royaume of Juda and destroyed, with Jerusalem, the Jewish temple of the king Solomon.
