Yann Hélary

Yann Hélary , born the March 5th 1950, civil servant (France Telecom), is a politician French, member of the party the Greens.

Mandates

  • Vice-president (Greens) of the district council of the Country of the Loire (since 2004).
  • 1st vice-president of the commission of the research, technological development, of the interregional businesses, European and international and of the territorial democracy of the district council of the Countries of the Loire.
  • President of the interregional Park of the Marsh Poitevin (since June 2006).
  • President of the Council of the shores of Brittany - Country of the Loire of the Conservatory of the littoral (October 2006).

Political career

  • Adviser technical (local files, reserved files) with the cabinet of Dominique Voynet, Minister for Town and country planning and the Environment (December 15th 1998 July -10 2001)
  • Adviser technical (natural heritage, regional businesses) with the cabinet of Yves Cochet, Minister for Town and country planning and the Environment (July 11th 2001 - November 2001)
  • City council man the Roche-sur-Yon (the Vendée) since 2001 (Green elected official on a list of the Plural left led by Jacques Auxiette)
  • Candidate of the Greens to the cantonal elections of March 2001 in the canton of the Southern Roche-sur-Yon (it collects 10,78% of the votes, arriving in third position behind the candidates UDF and PS)
  • Adjoint of the mayor of the Roche-sur-Yon, delegated to the environment (2001 - 2004); city council man deputy with the public policies of the environment (since 2004)
  • Co-person in charge of the pole of coordination between the party the Greens and equips it with countryside with No5el Mamère for the presidential election with 2002 (November 2001 April -21 2002)
  • Candidat with the Greens to the legislative elections with June 2002 in the district with the Vendée (it collects 3,12% of the votes)
  • Regional adviser (Greens) with the Countries with the Loire (Vendée section) since March 28th 2004; vice-president of the district council of the Countries of the Loire
  • Candidate of the Greens in the district of the Vendée at the time of the partial legislative election of January 23rd 2005 making following the resignation of Philippe de Villiers (it collects 6% of the votes).
  • Candidate of the Greens to the legislative elections of June 2007 in the district of the Vendée (it collects 3,55% of the votes).
