Yakisoba
The yakisoba (焼きそば), literally fried Noodles , are originating in China under the name Chow mein but are entirely integrated into the Japanese Cuisine following the example Ramen . Even if the term Soba belongs to the word, the yakisoba are not made of buckwheat, but are similar to the Ramen and produced starting from Farine of Blé.
The yakisoba are generally accompanied by a special sauce similar to sauce for Okonomiyaki . The preparation is very simple. It is enough to heat a frying pan with a little oil, to make jump of the sections of ox, pig or chicken finely cut, as well as vegetables like lettuce or carrots. The yakisoba are then added with a little water, then cooked until water evaporated. It any more but does not remain to add sauce and to be useful.
