Y BL
the Y BL are two Locotracteur S special intended for the operations of change of Bogie S between the France (normal way) and the Spain (broad way). They carried out all their career in station of Hendaye.
Built by the establishments Moyse in 1969, these two machines have the effect of being machines without cabin nor overflowing part. Indeed, from their special use they are amndt to be passed under the vehicles to disencumber or bring the bogies of replacement. The cabin is deferred under the frame, just behind the plugs.
In order to limit the problems which had with the frequent changes of spacing, the BL 160 was blocked there on the normal spacing and the BL 161 on the broad spacing.
