Xingzhonghui
The Xingzhonghui (Chinese: 興中會/兴中会, Pinyin: Xīngzhōnghuì ), sometimes translated Company for the rectification of China , was founded by Sun Yat-SEN the November 24th 1894 like platform for its revolutionary activities future, with for objective leaving the China stagnation.
The company was created with Honolulu (Hawaii, the United States) where Sun was then in exile. The members were to make wish of:
“To expel the foreigners, to revive China and to establish a unified government. (驅逐韃虜, 恢復中華, 建立合眾政府)”
It was absorbed later on in the Tongmenghui, which in its turn became the Guomindang.
