Xiangcheng (项城; Pinyin: Xiàngchéng) is a city of the province Henan in China. It is a city-county placed under the jurisdiction of the city-prefecture of Zhoukou. The first Chinese president Yuan Shikai was born in Zhangying (张营村), one of the villages of the jurisdiction of Xiangcheng.
