Xenophilius Lovegood
Xenophilius Lovegood is a fictitious Personnage of the saga Harry Potter, written by the writer J.K. Rowling. He is the father of Luna Lovegood. Widower, it only raises his daughter since the death of Mrs Lovegood. Luna was then 9 years old.
He is the director of the newspaper the Quibbler , who always defended Harry in his version of the history of the return of Voldemort at the end of the volume 4 and in the volume 5. The majority of the wizards do not take very with serious what is known as in the newspaper.
It appears directly in the seventh and last volume, Harry Potter and the Relics of Dead the , where it plays a big role. It is the first to pronounce in front of the heroes the name of the “Reliques” éponymes, and to explain to them the origin and the nature of these three objects.
Its name means: who likes what is strange.
