Xavier Joseph Vallat , born the December 23rd 1891 with Villedieu (Vaucluse) and deceased the January 6th 1971 with Annonay (Ardeche), is a lawyer, Journaliste and man Politique French. Its name remains attached to the project of Antisémitisme of State of the Vichy government.
Biography
