Xavier Musca is a senior official French.

Graduate of ÉNA, it made career with the Ministère of the Economy, Finances and Employment, where he is director of the Head office of the Treasury and the Economic policy (DGTPE) since 2004.

He is thus official director of the Club of Paris (function officially occupied by the director of the DGTPE).

He previously was Principal private secretary of the Minister for the Economy, Finances and Industry Francis Mer.
