Xavier Lemoine , Politician French, born in 1960 with Boulogne-Billancourt.

Member of the Movement for France then of the UMP. He is mayor of Montfermeil since 2001.

Decree " anti-bandes"

April 7th, 2006, Xavier Lemoine makes the decision to prohibit with all the minors from 15 to 18 years, “to circulate with more than three” in part of the downtown area of Montfermeil, of day like night, until June 30th, 2006. A second local by-law, published the same day, also prohibited to the minors of less than 16 years of " to circulate librement" without being accompanied by major in the center, 8 p.m. at 5 o'clock in the morning, until June 30th. He thus intends according to him to answer the explosion of the delinquency.

May 5th, 2006, the administrative court of Cergy-Pontoise suspended the two decrees, considering that these two decrees conflicted too important with fundamental freedoms.

Standpoint

It will be them or us. If they gain, one died. When France disavows its own history and spends its time excusing slavery, of its conquests and colonialism, should it be astonished that the immigrants raise the head, that they are caught some in France, and that they do not respect it?. MRAP (Movement against racism and for the friendship between the people) considers these ignominieux remarks and judges that they take part in the incentive with hatred, with violence with discrimination towards the immigrants. He intends to deposit a complaint against Xavier Lemoine.
