Xandu

Xandu is super-unpleasant created by Marvel Comics, appeared for the first time in Amazing Spider-Man Annual #2 , in 1965.

Origin

Xandu is a wizard who, following an error, keep silent its promised in marriage Melinda. He seeks a means of making it return to the life.

He steals half of the rod of Watoomb, but discovers that the Doctor Strange has the other part. Spider-Man and this last is opposed then to him.

He however succeeds in seizing the rod and creates a dimension. He tries to bring back to the promised in marriage life its, by transferring the spirit to it from the Red Sorcière, but he is finally overcome, and is delivered to the authorities.
