On this date (7/31/2007), the
District council of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais has two more rail-cars X 4500 in circulation for the exploitation of the
FOR THE THIRD TIME Nord-Pas-de-Calais. They will be withdrawn from exploitation in 2008.

- X 4511 and 4519: with Cahors (Quercyrail)
- X 4520,22 and 53: sold with Ruail Ferate Trans Brasov (Romania)
- X 4573 and 4607: with Rivesaltes (CFT Cathare Country)
