XXIXe Egyptian dynasty

Néphéritès {{Ier}} founds Egypt as a combatant Amyrtaeus and completing it with Memphis. It places the capital of its capacity at Mendès.

From its death, two rival factions request the capacity: one defending his/her son, Mouthis, the other defending Psammouthis. Psammouthis, winner, reign only one year. It is driven out throne by Achôris, which is claimed grandson of Néphéritès 1st. It resists the attacks of the Perse, is combined with Athens and to the king of Cyprus, Evagoras. His/her son, Néphéritès {{II}}, succeeds to him. Incompetent to maintain the unit of the country, his reign marks the end of the dynasty.
