Parliamentary groups
Four parliamentary groups are made up:

Group of the Union for a popular movement: 320 deputies, including 6 connected, chaired by Jean-François Cope.
- related Group socialist, radical, citizen and: 204 socialist deputies including 190 , 7 radical lefts, 5 Various left, 1 MRC and 1 connected, chaired by Jean-Marc Ayrault.
- Group of the democratic and republican left: 24 communist deputies including 15 , 4 green, 1 dissident PCF, 2 related PCF, 1 PCR and 1 MIM, chaired by Jean-Claude Sandrier.
- Group of the New Center: 23 deputies including 20 of the NC, 2 presidential majority and 1 various, chaired by François Sauvadet,
- Non-inscrits: 6 deputies.
