XIIIe Portuguese constitutional government
The XIIIe constitutional government of the Portuguese République was invested the October 30th 1995 by the Assemblée of the Republic. It was directed by the General secretary of the PS Antonio Guterres whose party had 112 seats (out of 230) and was thus minority. Its mandate ended the October 25th 1999.
