Summary

Following its investigation into Lusitania (to read the Voice of dead the ), Ender managed to include/understand the life cycle of the extraterrestrial ones which lives Lusitania, while preventing a war which would have been fatal with the Homme S which live there. However, the planet contains a disease able to decimate the complete human race. The stellar authority will arbitrarily order the destruction of this planet, but Ender will call upon all its resources to prevent another extraterrestrial Génocide.
