Wu Cheng\' in
Wu Cheng' in (Chinese traditional: zh-Hant 吳承恩, simplified: Zh-Hans 吴承恩, pinyin: Wú Chéngēn) (1500? - 1582?) is a Chinese writer of the Dynastie of Ming. Born in Huai' year, in the current province of the Jiangsu, he studied with the Nanjing Taixue (the old University of Nankin) during more than ten years.
He is the author of the novel the Voyage in Occident (zh-Hant 西遊記), which is regarded as one of the four large novels of the Chinese traditional literature.
