World Eaters

The World Eaters (Eaters of French World) are a legion of Space Marines of Chaos in the Univers of fiction of Warhammer 40,000

It is XIIe Legiones Astartes of the First Foundation, pledged with the Chaotic Divinity Khorne since the Hérésie of Horus.

This Legion is made up killers psychopates. Before the Heresy of Horus, it was several times recalled to the order by the Emperor. The World Eaters served Imperium honestly, by carrying out the missions which could have tarnished the honor of the others Legiones Astartes.

Anecdote

• the group of British Death metal Bolt thrower recorded a song entitled World Eater on their album Realm off Chaos .
