---------------------------------- The work permit B is a Belgian administrative document which relates to the Emploi of foreign workers (Belgium) which is limited to the occupation in only one employer and is valid 12 months to the maximum. The granting with the Employeur of an authorization of occupation automatically involves the granting with the worker concerned of the work permit B. It consequently belongs to the employer to lodge the request.

Formalities

The request for an authorization of occupation and a work permit B must be made by the Employeur which wishes to occupy a worker of foreign nationality, using Formulaire S available according to the place where the Travailleur will be occupied by this last.

The qualified organization transmits then the file to the Service immigration which to treat according to a reasonable delay the request.
